Thank you for selecting Birkenstock. Every item is backed by our long tradition of selling quality footwear. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us, within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will happily issue a refund.
Return shipping is free. Simply click the link in your order confirmation email - this will direct you to an order history page - and click the button to generate a prepaid return shipping label. Print this label, attach it to your package and drop this off at a handy UPS facility. These labels are for items shipped from a U.S. address only.
We will only accept returns received up to 30 days from delivery of your merchandise.
Make sure you complete the form on the packing slip as this will help us to expedite your return. You can only use the return form for products itemized on the packing slip.
All merchandise received back must have the shipping label generated from our website and be in their original purchase condition (not worn) including product packaging.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manor.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a credit to you for the value of the merchandise (including any sales tax if applicable), which will be applied to the credit card used on the original purchase. Any shipping charges that may apply will not be refunded. A handling fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for each pair returned that we process.
If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please re-visit our website to place a new order. Your refund for any returns will be treated as a separate transaction from your re-order, which will be charged to your credit card.

Please allow 2-3 weeks (including in-transit time) for the processing of your refund.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued.
